Seriously, excusing Bush and saying Obama had four years to fix it and it ain’t fixed so it’s now Obama’s fault is like saying after the wtc fell, that the people in charge of rebuilding were, by 2005, at fault for blowing up the towers because they weren’t able to rebuild it in four years.
