Before you start criticizing me, I want you to sit down read the bible
Even though I have, I don’t need to read the Bible to know it’s not a historically accurate book anymore than I don’t need to read Harry Potter to know it’s not historically accurate. A book can’t be proved true by virtue or the book itself. Sorry, kid.
and know what you are disagreeing with.
Atheists don’t necessarily “disagree” with the Bible, we just don’t think it’s real. Doesn’t mean it’s bad. Doesn’t mean we disagree with it. I happen to disagree that it’s of any moral worth at all, but I would still be an atheist if I thought it was my personal moral guide, but just didn’t think it was true.
Also, there are religions other than Christianity, it’s not all about you.
Christians are not crazy in believing that there is someone greater than they are.
No, no, not crazy. They just believe something without good evidence.
It means we are selfless!
So, if I may jump ahead, an atheist can’t be selfless?
Not all of us shove our, believes down people’s throats.

Yeah…that’s not OK. Kinda looks like social blackmail and it doesn’t make sense because there’s never going to be 100% agreement on this issue so I guess as long as you’re able to find an atheist willing to “label you,” whatever that means, you’re going to “stereotype” others?
You know, once I read a book about a guy who taught by example and was cool to people even who were total dicks, like tax collectors, criminals and lepers and shit. I don’t remember him saying anything like “don’t do those things if you want me to be your pal.”
But what do I, an atheist, know about selflessness?
