Wait, it’s racist to prosecute someone for kidnapping and assault? How?
Is the justice system racist? Yes. Would a white sports prospect been given probation after pleading guilty when this one got three years in prison? Likely, yes.
It’s racist, but this guy deserves jail, just like the white guy in the same situation deserves jail. The unfortunate part about this racism is that the white guy won’t get what he deserves and the black guy will.
